We provide high-quality medical care to patients ages 17 and older. Our experienced team includes internal medicine and family medicine physicians, adult and family nurse practitioners, and a physician assistant. We offer annual physical screenings, preventive care, telemedicine visits, same-day sick appointments, regular follow-up care for chronic conditions, women's health services, men's health services, nutrition and lifestyle counseling, and comprehensive prescription services.
Our providers can evaluate new symptoms, review your medical history and current medications, prescribe new medications when medically appropriate, renew or refill existing prescriptions, adjust dosages, manage long-term medication therapy, monitor treatment effectiveness and side effects, and electronically send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy.

We evaluate and manage autoimmune, inflammatory, allergic, rheumatic, respiratory, dermatologic, gastrointestinal, endocrine, and immune-related conditions. These may include rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, polymyalgia rheumatica, severe allergic reactions, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, severe psoriasis, severe dermatitis, inflammatory eye conditions, kidney inflammation, blood disorders, thyroid inflammation, multiple sclerosis flare-ups, asthma exacerbations, and other conditions involving inflammation or an overactive immune response.
Our respiratory care includes asthma, exercise-induced bronchospasm, reversible obstructive airway disease, bronchospasm associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, wheezing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and other conditions involving restricted airflow. Specialist-coordinated care may also include pulmonary arterial hypertension when appropriate.
Our metabolic and endocrine care includes type 2 diabetes, elevated blood glucose, prediabetes, insulin resistance, polycystic ovary syndrome, clinically confirmed low testosterone, and male hypogonadism caused by testicular, pituitary, hypothalamic, genetic, or other recognized medical conditions. Care may include medication management, laboratory monitoring, nutrition counseling, exercise planning, weight management, blood glucose monitoring, and regular follow-up visits.
Our women's health, fertility, hormonal, and reproductive services include ovulatory dysfunction, irregular or absent ovulation, anovulatory infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome associated with ovulation problems, secondary amenorrhea, irregular or absent menstrual periods, progesterone deficiency, menopausal symptoms, and prevention of endometrial hyperplasia in postmenopausal women receiving estrogen therapy.
Our men's health and urology services include erectile dysfunction, difficulty obtaining or maintaining an erection, urinary symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia, enlarged prostate symptoms, clinically confirmed low testosterone, male hypogonadism, and male pattern hair loss or androgenetic alopecia.
Our dermatologic care includes inflammatory skin conditions, severe dermatitis, severe psoriasis, and severe recalcitrant nodular acne that has not responded adequately to conventional treatment. Treatment for severe nodular acne may require laboratory testing, pregnancy prevention measures, regular monitoring, and participation in applicable risk-management programs.
We also evaluate and treat certain viral and parasitic infections when clinically appropriate. These conditions may include cold sores, initial or recurrent genital herpes, suppression of recurrent genital herpes outbreaks, shingles, strongyloidiasis, and onchocerciasis.
Behavioral and mental health care may include major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, panic attacks, bulimia nervosa, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety associated with depressive symptoms, and treatment-resistant depression managed in coordination with appropriate specialists.
Sleep and neurological care may include insomnia, difficulty falling asleep, difficulty remaining asleep, sleep disturbances associated with anxiety or depression, panic disorder, and selected seizure disorders. Treatment decisions are based on the patient's symptoms, medical history, current medications, treatment risks, and need for ongoing monitoring.
Our pain and musculoskeletal care includes diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic musculoskeletal pain, chronic lower back pain, osteoarthritis-related pain, acute painful muscle spasms, muscle injuries, strains, sprains, pain associated with musculoskeletal conditions, pain following injuries or procedures, and other moderate to severe acute or chronic pain conditions that may require prescription treatment.
Specialist-coordinated hormonal and oncology care may include hormone receptor-positive breast cancer, metastatic breast cancer, prevention of breast cancer recurrence, and breast cancer risk reduction for appropriate high-risk patients.

We are located at 133 Littleton Road, Suite 202 in the Emerson Hospital Health Center on Route 110 in Westford. We have access to on-site laboratory and radiology services including ultrasound, mammography, CT scan and MRI imaging. We are affiliated with Emerson hospital.
