Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Saturday, urgent visits by appointment are seen in the morning.

During this time, we have suspended our late appointments and will be closing the office by 6:00PM. Our phones are available to you Monday through Thursday from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM and Friday from 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM. We have also resumed our Saturday hours from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM for acute care.

Keep in mind the availability of individual practitioners varies. We also have same-day urgent care appointments daily as well as Saturday mornings. We see patients by appointment only. For same-day visits, you will be offered an appointment at the first available opening. If your symptoms are of a severe nature and you require immediate attention, we ask that you use the Emerson Hospital Emergency Department. Emerson Hospital is located on Route 2 in Concord, Massachusetts.

At this time, we are accepting patients into the office without prior screening.

Appointments for Annual Physicals

Exams are often booked well in advance so that we have availability for same day and follow up visits. Insurance coverage for preventative care varies so be sure to check and see what your plan covers. Also keep in mind that your appointment needs to be at least 365 days from your prior exam. If you are unable to keep your appointment please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so that we may use that time for another patient.

For Emergencies When the Office is Closed

The provider on call may be reached by calling our main number. We ask that you call during normal business hours for other concerns such as prescription refills, test results, insurance referrals, and to schedule or reschedule appointments.

Prescription Refills

Refills may be requested by calling our prescription line at (978) 577-1945. For all prescription requests, these will be sent electronically to your requested pharmacy within 24-48 hours of the request.

Insurance and Insurance Referrals

We accept multiple insurance plans. If you have questions as to whether we accept your particular plan please call us at (978) 577-1946 or check with your insurance provider. If you need to request a referral, please call our referral line at 978-577-1929.

Important Medicaid redetermination update

Medicaid (MassHealth in Massachusetts) has maintained members’ coverage and benefits due to continuous coverage requirements that started during the emergency. Starting April 1, Medicaid will return to its normal annual renewal process. If Medicaid has enough information to confirm your eligibility, your coverage will be renewed automatically. If Medicaid is not able to confirm your eligibility automatically, you will receive a renewal form in a blue envelope to the mailing address that is on file.
